Following a string of accolades including the coveted Italian ‘Motociclismo’ Motorcycle of the Year Award, ‘Most Beautiful Bike’ Award at the prestigious Milan Motorcycle Show in November 2008, and more recently Cycle World ‘Best Open Street Bike’ Award 2009, the stunning new Ducati Streetfighter has finally arrived in Malaysia.

Next Bike Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of the Naza Group and sole importer and distributor for Ducati in Malaysia has yet again surpassed the expectations of all superbike enthusiasts, especially aficionados of the famed Italian
marquee, by introducingthe all-new Streetfighter in Malaysia sooner than expected.

The Streetfighter was unveiled by SM Faisal SM Nasimuddin, joint group executive chairman of Naza Group and Next Bike Sdn Bhd at a press preview.

“The streetfighter is aimed squarely at the seasoned professional biker who needs a new challenge in his or her biking life. The Ducati Streetfighter makes no excuses for what it is: a hardcore performance inspired super-sports bike and if its looks alone aren’t enough to convince anyone, then its spec sheet certainly will.”

Weighing in at a mere 167kg, and powered by Ducati’s legendary L-Twin Testastretta Evoluzione 1098cc engine, the Streetfighter produces a colossal 155bhp and 115Nm of torque, all housed within Ducati’s famed Trellis frame.

In addition to its aggressive looks that scream ‘ride me if you dare’, the Ducati Streetfighter is the first naked sports bike equipped with competition level traction control as a standard feature (‘S’ Version).
